Telephone conversation recording solutions

Phone call recording system – consists of specialized interfaces that can be mounted in PCs on PCI or USB ports and a client-server control software application with access from the LAN/WAN network based on passwords and user profiles. The audio interfaces allow the simultaneous recording and monitoring of different sources such as microphones and/or analog and digital telephone lines starting from 2 analog channels up to 4 E1 streams (60 calls) simultaneously on a single card. The system is scalable.

Facilities of the equipment; efficient searching/sorting of recordings, real-time access to all recordings, control of access to system administration on several levels, hardware compression, multiple audio codecs, client-server architecture, export in WAV format.
